Trauma and Neurological
Therapy Program
We
treat neurological and musculoskeletal disorders
such as brain and spinal cord injuries,
degenerative diseases, fractures, joint
replacements, amputations and multiple trauma.
These disorders require comprehensive patient
directed therapy in an acute care setting
without the requirement of three hours rehab treatment per
day. Treatment is often complicated by
medical instability following an extended
illness or surgery, and these patients are
typically too unstable to qualify for admission
to inpatient rehabilitation facilities. Our goal is
to assist them to their highest level of
functioning, to resolve existing medical
problems, and to prevent future complications.
